Conducting expert examination of inspection acts, issued by the state bodies

Expertise is examination, conducted by an expert on the grounds of the special knowledge of tangible objects, occurrences and processes, containing the required information.

Pursuant to the current legislation the expertise is one of the essential evidences in the court for the court objective opinion on the disputable matters.

Our staff is presented by the experts, qualified by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine as the legal experts with the right to implement the expertise of the economic activities in the following directions:

• Expertise of business/fiscal accounting and reporting;

• Expertise of commercial activity of ventures and organisations;

• Expertise of documents of financial-credit transactions.
